Orders must be pre-paid or C.O.D. until credit is approved. Our terms
are net 30 upon credit approval. Must be in business min. 1 yr. A finance charge is added to past-due balances. Credit card charges are accepted (with a service fee). Ask about Holiday and Back-to-School Dating Programs. |
Price Guarantee |
Prices are guaranteed until superseded by the next price list (usually every February). You will be notified prior to any price changes. Please call if you are in doubt about current prices. |
Delivery / Shipping |
Most stock orders are shipped within 5-7 working days of order processing. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for custom-printed orders. For freight allowance, see price list. Custom items and displays
do not qualify for freight allowance. Freight will be charged for custom items and displays. Orders are F.O.B. (our warehouse) Hollywood, FL. Stock and custom orders are shipped separately. |
UPC Labels |
Gross boxes are labeled with bar codes. Individual pencil labeling is available at additional charge. Bagging is available at additional charge (ATL-5628). |
| Returns / Errors in Orders |
Any errors in your order must be reported by phone within 10 days of receipt. Since we are unable to accept any returns without prior authorization, please call to request Return Authorization and instruction from our Dealer Division Staff. Authorization for returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Product returns will be shipped at the customers expense and are subject to a 10% handling and re-stocking fee. |

To Qualify for the ATLAS Inventory Management Plan (I.M.P.) dealers must commit to a minimum purchase of 100 gross (Stock Design) per year. Call, fax, or email us for approval.
